Payment Policy

At Ed-Win, we strive to ensure a seamless and transparent payment process for all our customers. By accessing our services, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions, in compliance with applicable Indian laws:

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, etc.)

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallet Payments (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

  • Bank Transfers

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways in compliance with RBI guidelines and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to confirm access to the selected course(s).

  • EMI Options: For eligible customers, Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) may be available as per the terms of your financial institution.

  • Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We adhere to the following refund and cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation by User:

    • If you cancel the enrollment before the course starts, you are eligible for a full refund, minus applicable processing charges.

    • Cancellations after the course has started will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Cancellation by Ed-Win:

    • If a course is canceled by Ed-Win due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued.

All refund requests must be sent via email to support@ed-win.in with the transaction details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

4. Taxes and Additional Charges

  • All payments are subject to applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax laws. The final amount, including taxes, will be displayed before completing the transaction.

  • Any additional bank or payment gateway charges (e.g., convenience fees) will be borne by the customer.

5. Late Payments and Non-Payments

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to courses or other services.

  • For subscription-based payments, recurring payments will be automatically deducted as per the agreed schedule unless canceled.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding payments or refunds, you may reach out to Ed-Win's customer support at support@ed-win.in. Disputes, if unresolved, will be governed by the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City Name], India.

7. Compliance with Indian Laws

Ed-Win ensures that all payment processes are in strict compliance with Indian regulations, including:

  • RBI Payment Guidelines for online transactions.

  • IT Act, 2000, and its amendments for data protection and digital payments.

8. Data Privacy and Security

All payment information provided by users is encrypted and securely stored. We do not share or sell any payment-related data to third parties, ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019 (pending approval) and IT Rules, 2021.
