3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We adhere to the following refund and cancellation terms:

Cancellation by User:

If you cancel the enrollment before the course starts, you are eligible for a full refund, minus applicable processing charges.

Cancellations after the course has started will not be eligible for refunds.

Cancellation by Ed-Win:

If a course is canceled by Ed-Win due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued.

All refund requests must be sent via email to support@ed-win.in with the transaction details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
4. Taxes and Additional Charges

All payments are subject to applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax laws. The final amount, including taxes, will be displayed before completing the transaction.

Any additional bank or payment gateway charges (e.g., convenience fees) will be borne by the customer.
5. Late Payments and Non-Payments

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to courses or other services.

For subscription-based payments, recurring payments will be automatically deducted as per the agreed schedule unless canceled.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding payments or refunds, you may reach out to Ed-Win's customer support at support@ed-win.in. Disputes, if unresolved, will be governed by the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City Name], India.
